Half an hour from Ashburton, a campground worth exploring. It’s also worth stopping in at Lowcliffe beach along the way.
These pictures were taken at Lowcliffe beach, the picture next to the railway line was taken 5km from Ashburton driving towards Tirau.
Further down the road is Rangitata huts. I don’t know why they have speed bumps, the road is so warped the speed bumps look tame by comparison.
